How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order
- Please allow 1-2 business days for your item(s) to be processed in our warehouse for dispatch. This means after your order is placed it will be processed and packaged for collection from our registered courier.
- Typically local orders take an estimated 3-5 working days to deliver.
- Working days are Monday-Friday.
- Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email to the email used to place your order.
- Your address will determine the delivery period. Main cities will be a shorter delivery time compared to outlying areas.
How Do I track My Order
- Once your order has been packaged and collected by our registered courier service you will receive and email with your tracking details.
- Please ensure the email address you enter when ordering is your normal email address.
My Tracking Number Cannot Be Found
- Please allow 24 hrs for the system to update your tracking details once you have received your tracking confirmation email

- Our Shipping fees are standard rates for nationwide delivery to your door.
- Our price brackets for delivery are based on order weight and seize depending on the amount and types of products ordered off our website.
- Your shipping costs will calculated on checkout based on order size.

- 1kg - 3kg - R 95 (Flybag)
- 3kg - 6kg - R 165 (Medium Box)
- 6kg - 9kg - R 250 (Large Box)
