If you are bordering between two sizes we recommend the larger size as the wrap can be adjusted up to one size smaller.

The wrap must be able to apply a constant pressure with no pain or discomfort.

If the Belly wrap is too small, this will affect the overall fit and comfort resulting in intermittent use and thus affecting the desired results from using the wrap during the recovery period.
